Who controls your data

What data we process
For enquiries, we process your name, work email, hotel name, hotel system and service interest, and optionally your phone number, room count and message. Enquiries are stored in internal records and sent to our team by email. For accounts, we process login and contact details and, when ordering, necessary billing details. Technical logs may include IP addresses and request details. Please do not include guest personal data in messages. InnPricing intentionally does not import guest names, emails, phone numbers, documents or addresses for pricing.
Why we need the data and our legal basis
We use the data to respond to enquiries, prepare cooperation, manage access and provide the ordered service. The legal bases are pre-contractual steps and contract performance (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)); for company contact persons, also our legitimate interest in customer communication (Article 6(1)(f)). Service security and handling potential claims rely on legitimate interests (f); statutory accounting and tax duties rely on (c). Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to a newsletter.
Who may access the data
Authorised team members and suppliers necessary to operate the service may access the data, including hosting, database infrastructure, authentication, email and payment providers. Stripe processes card payments; full card details are not entered in the InnPricing contact form. Data may be disclosed to public authorities where required by law. Information about specific recipients and any transfers outside the EEA, including applicable safeguards, is available on request.
How long we retain data
Retention depends on the purpose, including how long the enquiry and follow-up communication remain active, the customer relationship, legal obligations and the need to protect legal claims. Not all records are deleted immediately after a reply or account closure. Ask contact@innpricing.com for information about retention of specific data or to request deletion.
Your rights
Subject to the GDPR, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time. You may lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection. Send requests to contact@innpricing.com; we may need to verify your identity to protect your data.
Cookies and browser storage
The website and app use technical storage for sign-in and language preferences. This version of the public website does not include Google Analytics or advertising tracking scripts. If analytics is added, we will update this information and provide an appropriate consent choice.
