Key information about access to InnPricing, its operation and ordering the service for business use. Specific scope and payment terms are presented before service activation.
Provider
InnPricing is operated by GoodLlamas s.r.o., company ID 09613315, VAT ID CZ09613315, Korunní 2569/108, Vinohrady, 101 00 Prague 10, Czech Republic. Contact: contact@innpricing.com. The service is intended for accommodation operators in their business activities.
Access requests
Submitting the contact form is a non-binding enquiry. An account request requires email verification and access approval. The request itself does not activate a paid subscription. Connection capabilities are verified before launch.
Pricing and trial
InnPricing Automation’s monthly price is based on the number of physical sellable rooms or apartments. The minimum is €100 per hotel; a €6 marginal rate applies from room 11 and €5 from room 61 through 99. Hotels with 100 rooms or more receive a custom quote. All prices exclude VAT. The final price and payment terms are shown before order confirmation. A fourteen-day trial starts with the first successful PMS import, requires no card and is available once per hotel. Paid subscriptions are activated separately and paid in advance. Card-based subscriptions then renew automatically unless cancelled in time. The date and amount shown at activation apply. Recommendations and automatic updates
Recommendations depend on data availability and quality; they do not guarantee occupancy or revenue. Customers determine rate limits and the extent of automation. Live updates require a supported integration and explicit activation for the specific hotel. A recommendation, simulation or failed update does not mean that a hotel-system rate has changed. Customers must be authorised to connect the system and use the supplied data.
Managed revenue management
The scope of the human-led service, authority to change rates, review frequency, consultations and price are agreed individually before work begins. Website descriptions do not replace the specific offer and agreement.
